It reads your joint angles
Your knee, hip, shoulder and back angles are tracked frame by frame. It catches exactly when in the movement your form slips — it sees that rep, not just the average.
Your phone camera watches you and reads your posture in real time. It catches the wrong angle before you even feel it, and stays with you until the movement is right. Your live movement coach, in your pocket.
Most apps play you a movement and leave the rest to you. On your own you miss the angle, arch your back, bend the knee too far — and nobody tells you. Oomi's live form coach changes that: your camera watches every rep, reads your joint angles and gently guides you until the movement is correct.
Turn on the camera and begin. Oomi tracks your body's angles in real time, warns you the moment your posture slips — calmly — and guides you back to correct form. You train with an eye that understands you, not just a mirror. This isn't a diagnosis or treatment — it's coaching; it points you to a physiotherapist when needed and always respects your pain limit.
Your knee, hip, shoulder and back angles are tracked frame by frame. It catches exactly when in the movement your form slips — it sees that rep, not just the average.
It catches the wrong angle before you even feel it and gives a short, clear cue. No scolding, no rushing — it stays with you until the movement is right.
Each rep you complete is counted and scored against your form. By the end of the session you clearly see what went well and what still needs work.
Oomi's live form coach isn't live yet. Coming soon — be among the first to know when early access opens.
Filter by body region and level; every move comes with a clear video and a step-by-step walkthrough. Not just staring into a mirror alone — you work knowing exactly what you're doing.
StepsLie on your back, knees bent; gently press your lower back into the floor, hold three seconds, release.
StepsOn your back, feet flat; lift your hips, squeeze the glutes, lower slowly.
StepsBack against the wall; lower with knees behind your toes, hold at a right angle, rise with control.
StepsShoulders relaxed; slowly tilt your head to the side, pause at a light stretch, never push past pain.
Example moves; your real program is built around your condition. Don't push past pain — when needed, Oomi guides you to a physiotherapist.
A weekly program built around your injury, your pain and your goal. Not a generic list — it adapts as you progress: it eases the load on a hard day and steps the level up as you grow stronger. You see what to do today, how many reps and in what order, at a glance.
Your program sits in front of you as a weekly strip: the days you've completed, today's session and the days ahead, all at a glance. The panel reorders its priority to match the day; it respects your pain limit and never pushes you.
The plan isn't fixed. On a tired or painful day the level drops; as you string together good sessions the load rises in a balanced way. The goal is sustainable progress, not perfection.
A short assessment learns your pain, injury history and goal. From there we set which movements you're ready for and which to avoid.
Your personal weekly rehab plan is built. What to do each day, how many reps and in what order — all laid out clearly in front of you.
You run your sessions with the camera on; Oomi watches your form live and measures every rep. As you progress, the program grows with you.
Every rep is measured, every session is scored. You see how your form improves over the weeks — with a multi-week average, a calm band where form settles in, and a trajectory range that widens toward the future — all in clear charts. No promised score; just a healthy, visible direction. Not a guess — measured progress.
Your form score breaks down by movement group — back, knee, shoulder. At a glance you see which movement still needs work and which one your form has settled into. The values below are a sample preview.
Scores show direction, not a race. A lower area isn't 'bad' — it just means a little more work there. The moment you feel pain, we stop the movement.
These numbers are representative samples, not real user data, and carry no diagnosis or treatment promise. Oomi screens you and accompanies your movement; when needed it refers you to a physiotherapist or physician.
The camera reads the angle of each rep and turns every session into a form score. You look at the real direction with a weekly average, not the daily noise. How far you've come is on screen as a number, not a guess.
Progress is built within your pain limit, never against it. When a movement is too hard the program eases off; the moment you report pain we stop the session and refer you to a physiotherapist when needed. Correct form comes before pace.
Your session streak and weekly completion say more than a single hero session. Oomi makes regularity visible; miss a day and it gently keeps you going from where you left off, without breaking the streak.
A short assessment learns your pain, injury history and goal. It marks your pain regions on a body map and tracks your joint range of motion (ROM) over time. This is screening and progress tracking — not a diagnosis; if a critical sign shows up, we point you to a physiotherapist or doctor.
A few questions capture your pain regions, injury history and goal; we mark your pain points on a body map.
We record joint range of motion session by session; you clearly see how the angle changes at the knee, back, shoulder and more.
Progress is always only as far as the pain allows. If a region worsens or a red flag appears, the program stops and points you to a specialist.

Knee flexion is opening up
Over recent weeks the knee flexion angle is rising, illustratively. The program can step up load gradually, progressing without crossing your pain limit.
Stop if you see these
On signs like severe pain that doesn't ease at night, loss of sensation, fever or sudden swelling, Oomi stops you and points you to a physiotherapist or doctor.
This is a screening and tracking tool; it does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Numbers are representative.
The camera measures every rep — but some questions need a human eye. Message a licensed physiotherapist, talk face to face on video, and review your form and progress together. The expert doesn't diagnose you; they assess your movement, adjust your program and refer you to a doctor when needed. Everything with your consent, with respect for your pain limit.
I reviewed the form scores from your last three sessions. Your knee angle in the squat has improved; the one thing is a slight compensation in your right hip. Let's lower the tempo next session and stay below your pain limit.
Thanks — I do feel a bit of tightness in the right hip. Should I take it easy today?
Shared only with your consent · video recording off by default · every access audit-logged. You can revoke consent anytime.
A real expert on the other side: a physiotherapist whose license number and professional membership are admin-verified. Start knowing exactly who you're talking to.
Message over the channel between sessions and switch to video when you need to. Type your issue, ask about a movement you're unsure of — a human answers.
Your form score, progress charts and pain notes are shared only as far as you allow. The expert reviews them and adjusts your program — KVKK-compliant, consented field by field.
The online physiotherapist assesses your movement and trains you safely; they don't diagnose or promise a cure. If they spot a red flag, they refer you to a doctor or an in-person assessment without delay.
Movement is powerful medicine, but the dose matters. Oomi respects your pain limit on every session, works inside a safe range, and the moment a warning sign appears it stops you and points you to the right professional. This isn't a diagnosis — it's smart screening and referral.
Oomi never pushes you past your limit. There's a short check before movement, and during the session there are safe boundaries that watch your form and the feedback you give. We reject the "push through the pain" approach: when pain sharpens or rises, Oomi slows down, eases the movement or stops it. Progress should never come at the cost of hurting yourself.
Sharp or stabbing pain that radiates into an arm or leg is different from muscle fatigue. When this sign appears, we stop the session.
Numbness, tingling or an electric sensation in an area can be nerve-related. Oomi doesn't shrug it off — it refers you to a professional.
Sudden loss of sensation, weakness or loss of control in a limb needs urgent assessment. We don't continue the movement.
Fever, night sweats, redness or rapidly rising swelling aren't solved by exercise. Oomi stops you and tells you to see a doctor.
Pressure or pain in the chest, or unusual shortness of breath, is not an exercise matter. In that case we point you to emergency help right away.
Sudden dizziness, faintness or losing your balance is a reason to end the session. We get you seated and safe first, then refer you.
Oomi screens and gently guides your movement; it does not diagnose and never promises treatment. When a finding crosses a limit, it says so clearly and points you to a physiotherapist — and to a doctor or emergency help when needed. The decision always belongs to a professional; Oomi builds that bridge.
Every body's limit is different, and that limit shifts from day to day. Oomi bases its guidance on the pain you report; instead of pushing, it keeps you in a safe range. When in doubt, we always choose the more cautious option.
In an emergency the app does not wait: call your local emergency number immediately. Oomi does not replace a healthcare professional; see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
Beyond the camera coach, there are many small details that keep your rehab journey warm and sustainable. Here are a handful we're building — arriving step by step as the product nears launch.
Pick the time of day you want to train; Oomi sends a gentle nudge. Off by default, with no aggressive notifications — you set the rhythm.
The days you complete in a row show up as a streak. The goal isn't to break records but to feel the momentum of small, regular steps; miss a day and there's no penalty.
Your form score and session history can be shared as a single summary, so your clinic physiotherapist can review it remotely and adjust your program — Oomi guides, the expert decides.
We plan to read step, movement and activity data from your health app and fold it into your session context — with your consent, and switchable off whenever you want.
When you can't watch the screen, Oomi guides you by voice: short cues for tempo, breathing and posture. Your eyes stay on the movement, your ear on your coach.
We aim to let you train your downloaded exercises even where the connection is weak; when it returns, your progress quietly syncs.
A short warm-up is suggested at the start of each session and a cool-down at the end. Gentle transitions designed to prepare and recover your muscles — with respect for your pain limit.
If you report pain on a movement, Oomi pauses, eases off and, when needed, points you to a physiotherapist or doctor. It never diagnoses, never promises a cure — it respects your limit.
All of it is designed in the same calm voice; the numbers and scores in sample visuals are illustrative, not real user data. Oomi Physio is not live yet.
Oomi Physio is your eye at home — but it knows its limits. If your pain grows, a movement isn't right for you, or your situation calls for an expert opinion, it gently points you to a physiotherapist or doctor. It makes no diagnosis and promises no cure — it helps you do the right movement safely.
The camera reads every rep, warns you the moment your posture slips and gently calls you back to correct form. It catches the angle you'd miss while training on your own.
If a movement pushes you too far, the program eases off and stops if it must. No forcing — gradual, safe progress that always stays inside your comfort limit.
When your symptoms raise a warning flag, Oomi stops and points you to a physiotherapist or doctor. The app's job isn't to replace them, but to know when you should see them.
Every session is scored and your form score sharpens over time. Clear charts show which movement still needs work, so you can follow your own progress.
The figures below describe the product's design goals — they are not real user statistics or any claim of clinical outcomes.
